RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Please contact us at info@angycosmetics.com before returning any items to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for return. You must write the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
For health and safety reasons, all beauty and cosmetic products must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging with seals intact
- Include original invoice or packing slip
- Free from damage or contamination
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons:
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products
- Used or tested products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact us at info@angycosmetics.com for RA number
2. Package items securely with RA number on outside
3. Ship to our return address (provided with RA number)
4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
• Refunds: Original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Store Credit: Issued immediately upon processing
• Exchanges: Subject to product availability
• Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
RETURN SHIPPING
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using trackable shipping method
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
• Defective items: We cover return shipping costs
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@angycosmetics.com with photos of the damaged items. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
• Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement
• Contact us immediately at info@angycosmetics.com
• Once shipped, standard return policy applies
• Rush orders cannot be canceled once processed
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. Returns must comply with customs regulations of the destination country.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances.
